Video: Where the Hell is Matt?

Argh! I saw this video several days ago and was going to post it here, but then I delayed, and of course got it about five times in Google Reader. Now I look totally lame and late to the party. And not fashionably late either; more like, everyone’s-just-now-leaving-and-all-the-food-and-booze-is-gone late. Anyways, here it is…if you haven’t seen it already.

It is a pretty awesome movie though. Very inspirational. Read the backstory at wherethehellismatt.com.

Video: Ball Girl Makes Amazing Catch

Completely awesomely amazing. Via Digg. (For some reason it’s starting in the middle for me, but you still get to see the catch. Go to the video’s page if it’s not showing up or playing properly.)

The Onion Celebrates Gay Pride

Ah, the Onion. How you amuse me. The Onion celebrates gay pride today with a slew of articles looking, as always, at the lighter side. Choice headlines:

I couldn’t find a permalink to this issue, but you might be able to search for articles in the same issue as these.

Link: Abridged King Kong

I just discovered The Editing Room, which is a hilarious collection of abridged scripts from recent popular movies. I’ve been sharing these things like crazy on my Google Reader Shared Items feed (until my friends told me to stop, thank you, they’d read it themselves). Anyways, I came across a particularly funny one today, King Kong. Some choice bits:

JACK BLACK, NAOMI WATTS, ADRIAN BRODY, and a handful of DOOMED EXTRAS mill about the ship. Almost nothing else happens.

ADRIAN BRODY’S NOSE

I think I am falling in love with you, Naomi Watts. It may have something to do with you being the only female on the ship, though.

Hehehehehe: Adrian Brody’s Nose. The archives have a ton of movies; perfect for wasting a few hours on a Sunday.

Video: Star Wars, Halo 3 Style

Apparently this video is kind of old, but I just found it today, via bsangel. It’s scenes from Star Wars Episode III done in (what else?) Halo 3. Enjoy.
